Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Termination may occur if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use our services in a manner harmful to our community. Upon termination, your right to access course materials and use our services ceases immediately. We may retain records of your account and activity for legal, administrative, and security purposes even after termination. Depending on the circumstances of termination, you may or may not be eligible for refunds of course fees, in accordance with our refund policy. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access or deletion of your account information. If you wish to voluntarily discontinue your enrollment, you must follow our formal withdrawal procedures and notify us in accordance with our course cancellation guidelines.
